Welcome

Welcome from Miss Palmer, Headteacher

A warm welcome to Endeavour Primary School.  I have the privilege of being this amazing and unique school's Headteacher, leading a dedicated team of staff. Our children are at the heart of everything we do and our positive, caring ethos is designed to encourage every child from the moment they arrive.

Our committed team work to create a wide range of inspirational opportunities for learning, expecting high standards of attainment and achievement for all. Our vision is 'Together, we give children the skills, knowledge and self-belief to change their world', and our curriculum is a key driver in realising this. It is a 'window' through which our children experience a wonderful variety of opportunities; reflecting their own lives and to develop an understanding of the wider world.

We are a split- site school serving the Augusta Park and Saxon Heights areas of Northern Andover. Our King and Kirk Campuses are 1km apart, with each having 2 classes in each year group. We enjoy modern school buildings and our grounds create an instant WOW with light, vibrant and open spaces. Historical moments in the lives of inspirational people are told through images on glass that reflects in the sunlight, creating a sense of awe and wonder throughout both school buildings.

We care deeply about our children’s wellbeing and are committed to supporting the development of emotional resilience and a sense of safety.  Our experienced support staff and extensive range of resources in school aid our Pastoral Support.

Staff and children alike are very proud of Endeavour and all that we achieve together. We work closely with many groups from our local and wider community and have strong partnerships with other schools.

I trust you will find this website informative, giving you an insight into the dynamic life and values of our school, the work of our pupils and the quality of education we strive to deliver.

We  are extremely proud of our school, if you would like to know more about us, please contact us to arrange a visit; both the children and staff look forward to welcoming you.
