The Inspire Learning Partnership

Endeavour Primary School to join the Inspire Learning Partnership

Press Release:

Endeavour Primary School in Andover, Hampshire, has confirmed that it will join the Inspire Learning Partnership at Easter, following approval from the governing body, Inspire Learning Partnership Board and the Department for Education.

The decision follows a full consultation with staff, parents and the wider community.

Helen Palmer, Headteacher of Endeavour Primary School, said: “After a great deal of reflection about what would best support Endeavour in the years ahead, governors agreed to explore joining Inspire Learning Partnership. The consultation process has been extremely valuable and I am grateful to everyone who took the time to share their views. We want to reassure families that Endeavour will remain Endeavour. Our name, identity and uniform will stay the same and staff will transfer under TUPE on their existing terms and conditions. Joining a values-led local trust brings real opportunities for our school, including stronger collaboration between colleagues and enhanced professional development. We believe this partnership will help Endeavour continue to thrive and we are looking forward to the next phase.”

Mr Brook and Mr Oluwasona, Joint Chairs of Governors, said: “As governors, our priority has always been to ensure the very best for Endeavour Primary School, both now and in the future. After careful consideration and a thorough consultation process, we are confident that joining Inspire Learning Partnership is the right step forward. We believe this decision allows us to strengthen the support available to our staff and pupils, while maintaining the unique identity that makes Endeavour special.

“We believe this partnership will bring exciting opportunities for collaboration and continued improvement, and we look forward to seeing the benefits for our whole school community.”

Claire Lowe, Chief Executive of Inspire Learning Partnership, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be welcoming Endeavour Primary School into Inspire Learning Partnership. From our early conversations it has been clear that the school shares our commitment to inclusion, aspiration and opportunity for all children. Endeavour has much to be proud of and we are excited about the potential that comes from working closely together. We look forward to supporting the school’s next chapter and to building strong relationships with pupils, staff and the wider community."

Transition planning will begin during the spring term, ahead of the school formally joining the trust at Easter.
