Friday 22nd May
After a fantastic week at Avon Tyrrell, we have made it to our final morning. Bags are packed, (although not as neatly as when we came), tents have been cleaned and one last cooked breakfast devoured. Groups are completing their final activities this morning, before one last lunch and then the journey back to school. We will let you know when we’re leaving Avon Tyrrell and our ETA back at school. Please collect all children from Kirk Campus.
We have a bag of unclaimed items, including jumpers, torches and towels. This will be taken back to school for children to claim after half term.
Throughout the week, school staff have been incredibly impressed with children’s resilience, courage and bravery to take on new experiences and challenges, as well as facing their fears (especially heights and spiders).
Children have exemplified our school ANCHOR values across the week and have been wonderful ambassadors for our school. Well done Year 6!
