Morning update

Hello from our final day at Avon Tyrrell. The sun is shining ☀️, the temperatures are increasing and we have a fun filled day of activities ahead of us. Pancakes were on the menu for breakfast this morning, which set everyone up perfectly for a busy day. Morning activities today include: archery, low ropes, bushcraft and pedalos.

Afternoon update

Following a busy morning, chicken katsu or a jacket potato were enjoyed for lunch today. This afternoon’s activities include: kayaking, pioneering, low ropes and the adventure trail. Some groups have enjoyed free time this afternoon featuring trips to the tuck shop, playing at camp and telling jokes and riddles.

Evening update

It’s hard to believe that we have reached our final evening of the residential. We’ve had another fantastic day! Dinner tonight was fish and chips followed by freshly baked chocolate chip cookies - we have certainly been well fed on this trip. This evening, some groups are night orienteering and others are having a chilled evening at the camp site.
