Morning update
Hello from day 2 of Avon Tyrrell! After a rather wet and windy night, everyone was awake bright and early and ready for a full English breakfast. The ☀️ is trying to come out and the rain has stopped (for now). 🤞🏼 it stays this way for the day! All groups have a busy day full of fun activities ahead of them! This morning, groups are kayaking, climbing, paddle boarding, zip lining and taking part in bushcraft.
Afternoon update
After a busy morning, fish fingers and chips were on the menu for lunch. This afternoon, groups continue to be busy with a range of activities including:raft building, pioneering, kayaking, archery and the challenge course.
Evening update
What a busy day of activities! Lots of bravery, courage and resilience shown over the course of the day. Spaghetti bolognaise and chocolate brownies were on the menu tonight, followed by an evening of dancing and singing at our disco.
